  1. Service Scope
    We provide washing machine repair, installation, and maintenance services in Hyderabad.

  2. Inspection Charge
    A standard visiting fee is applicable. This is adjusted if the customer proceeds with the repair.

  3. Payment Terms
    Payments can be made after service via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

  4. Warranty
    Warranty (if applicable) is provided only for the repaired part, not for the entire appliance.

  5. Genuine Parts
    Any replacement parts used will be informed to the customer with pricing before installation.

  6. Cancellation Policy
    Customers may cancel the service before the technician visit. After the visit, inspection charge is applicable.

  7. Response Time
    We try our best to provide service on the same day, based on technician availability.

  8. Liability
    We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages caused by unauthorized repair done earlier.
